We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as the Finance Manager, where you'll lead and manage the entire financial operations of a thriving and well-established business.

Duties:
- Month-End Procedures: Oversee and execute all month-end closing activities, including:
- Reconciling balance sheets
- Calculating and posting accruals and prepayments
- Preparing Management Accounts
- Reporting Variance Analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure all financial practices are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Lead and support the finance team, providing guidance and answering finance-related questions
- Oversee VAT returns and ensure compliance with VAT regulations
- Handle payroll processing
- Get involved with operational decision-making, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Accountant or at least 5 years' experience
- Experience budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience managing a finance team
- Understanding of VAT
- Experience with compliance would be beneficial
