We are looking for a dynamic Health, Safety & Environment Manager to head up the function for a well-established and growing food manufacturerwith a range of blue-chip clients.
Reporting into the Operations Director, and leading a small team, this is an opportunity to put HSE at the heart of the business, pulling together all the HSE activity on site, working cross-functionally to engage and train all the staff, support with audits and really drive and deliver the behavioural safety culture.
This will be a varied and exciting roleleading a wide range of H&S initiatives. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of a wide range of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards; managing the documentation, root cause analysis and reporting of incidents; and leading the continuous improvement culture across the site.
This role comes with a competitive package with flex depending on experience. This is a site-based role at the company HQ.
