SF are delighted to be working with a fantastic and growing services business based in Worcester who are currently looking for a stand alone HR Manager to come and join their brilliant team. This role will cover 3 arms of the business with the main focus being the team over at the Worcester site. We are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running and start building and implementing things from scratch along side a dedicated and supportive SLT team. This person will be the first point of contact for all HR issues and will be over seeing everything end to end from recruitment, training, onboarding and employee relations. Key project work will also be a big part of this role in various areas of the business and will be a fantastic opportunity to lead and implement positive change. This person will ideally have experience in a similar role and also have the following; - CIPD level 5 or above - Ideally worked in a full 360 hands on HR role previously - Be confident in a stand alone HR role being the main point of contact for all levels of HR - Be commercially aware and up to date with UK employment law and legislations - Have both a strategic and operational eye in order to improve and or implement policies and procedures.
