Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Mix and match paint to specifications for color and consistency.
- Maintain and clean spray equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
- Proven experience as an industrial paint sprayer (min. 2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
