Property Manager – Benefits

Property Manager – Duties

Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
Organising check outs and inventories
Coordinating deposit returns and end of tenancy process
Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications
Organising tenancy renewal paperwork
Getting involved in serving section notices as required
Ensuring timely completion of property inspections

Property Manager - Experience Needed:

Previous Property Management experience is essential
Up-to-date knowledge of Lettings legislation
Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable
Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Articulate and well-accustomed to a client facing role
