We are seeking a detail-oriented accounts assistant/ junior accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics and will be responsible for supporting financial operations through accurate balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounts.
Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and reconcile transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Microsoft Dynamics.
Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
Collaborate with senior accountants to analyze financial data and prepare budgets and forecasts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Respond to internal and external audit requests as necessary.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is a plus, but not required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
