Aspire are seeking an experienced SEN School Teacher to join our dedicated team at a well-regarded school in Worcester. This long-term position is ideal for an enthusiastic educator with a passion for teaching and supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students, including those with SEN.
* Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.
* Collaborate with colleagues, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and guardians.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A valid UK QTS certificate is mandatory.
* UK Teaching Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience teaching with in the UK
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience or additional qualifications in SEN teaching.
* A proactive and creative approach to engaging students with diverse learning needs.
* A commitment to professional development and contributing to school improvement initiatives.
