Reporting to and working closely alongside the other members of the senior leadership team and the MD, the role would be particularly well suited to either an experienced FC or perhaps a Finance Manager seeking to step up. - Preparation and presentation of quality management accounts with accompanying commentary
- Developing budget and forecasting packs

We’re looking for an ambitious FC that possesses A1 technical experience as well as sound commercial judgement. You’ll be taking a lead role in ensuring the efficient financial controls of a very busy function and we’re looking for a candidate that feels as comfortable with management reporting as they do statutory accounting, leading audits, budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking. As a professionally qualified individual (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) you’ll need a solid background in the preparation of financial and management reports, up to date knowledge of accounting standards and budgetary controls.
You’ll be a natural leader with past experience in managing your own team, developing their skills and mentoring their progress. Your skills in identifying potential improvements and leading finance projects will be demonstrable and your experience of using technology in previous roles will be obvious. Most importantly, you’ll possess the ability to recognise the values and cultures of a growing business and hit the ground running within a friendly and likeminded team environment.
