We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Exeter, who are looking to appoint a Corporate Financial Accountant to join the Development Finance team on a nine month fixed term contract.
This will be a full-time position with hybrid working and a salary of £44,100 - £49,000 per annum (FTE).The ideal candidate will be qualified and have previous experience in a similar role.Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Running the day-to-day function of the Development Finance Team
- Producing management accounts, statutory accounts and liaising with auditors when necessary
- Completing monthly KPIs and performance reporting
- Producing the annual business plan process
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- CCAB qualified or qualified by experience
- Experienced with multiple complex accounting systems

Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
