• Leading the delivery of tax services across personal, corporate, and advisory areas
• Acting as the go-to advisor for a portfolio of clients, offering expert planning and compliance advice
• Supporting the wider business strategy with input on tax risk management, commercial structuring, and client growth
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving business development initiatives
• Overseeing and mentoring members of the tax team to maintain a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Playing a key role in the firm’s senior leadership group, contributing to long-term planning and commercial decision-making

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified
• Strong technical expertise across corporate and personal tax, ideally with advisory experience

• Ambition to progress to full partnership and take on an equity stake in the firm
