My client is a Top 40 firm of Chartered Accountants. As a leading firm of Chartered Accountants, they look after the accountancy, tax planning and business advisory needs of their clients (individuals, businesses and third sector organisations both in the UK and overseas).

This is a full-time role based in one of my clients accounts teams. The varied nature of their clients means that you will be constantly challenged and continually gaining valuable experience.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
• Prepare unincorporated and company accounts.• Prepare analysis of accounts.• Prepare monthly closings and financial statements.• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.• Draw up financial reports.• Assist with year-end closings.• Prepare tax computations and returns.• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.• Review and process expense reports.
Candidates will need to:
• Demonstrate a strong academic history by having at least 100 UCAS points at A Level (or equivalent).• Be numerate and have good communication skills.• Be self-motivated towards studies.• Enjoy the challenge of working with a large variety of clients on wide-ranging types of work. You will be someone who wants to make a difference to the firm’s clients and to be part of the team.
