Job Description: 

As an Administration Coordinator, you’ll join a dynamic Sales Team, supporting the Account Managers and Senior Account Managers. Your role involves providing timely and accurate serviced apartment quotes to both new and existing clients and guests worldwide. By liaising with an extensive supply chain, you’ll secure the best rates and availability to meet customer requirements, handle bookings, and ensure a seamless stay for guests, regardless of their needs, while adhering to clear targets. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and traveling to client meetings and events are essential aspects of this role.

  • Efficiently manage enquiries and bookings
  • Maximise opportunities to develop and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and others
  • Achieve or surpass individual, team, and company-wide KPIs and revenue targets
  • Adhere to and support company policies and procedures
