Role: Junior Client Support Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £26,000 p/a
Hours: 8:30am - 5 pm, Mon - Fri / Initially office based until probation passed, then 2 days WFH.
About the role:Offer administrative assistance to the Planner and Technical Support team. Represent the Company positively. Always prioritise customer service and show empathy towards customers’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- ?????Develop a deep understanding of the sales process, client file requirements, and FCA guidelines.
- Deliver a personalised and high-quality service that meets client expectations.
- Acquaint yourself with each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and timelines to provide customised service.
- Retrieve information from providers about clients’ current financial arrangements and prepare valuations.
- Record all client details and history in the back-office system.
- Assemble all necessary documents and ensure the New Business pack is complete before submitting applications to providers.
- Efficiently manage and oversee an individual case list, including new business cases, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
- Act as a primary contact for client inquiries.
- Handle correspondence with clients and providers.
- Ensure client files are compliant with regulations.
- Prepare review packs in advance of client meetings.
- Follow Company and FCA procedures at all times.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed on a daily basis.
Experience:
- Must have experience within administration
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Experience with Microsoft Office
