We are working with a prestigious Chartered Accountancy practice that is seeking an IFA Administrator to join their growing Financial Planning division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established team of Chartered Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Administrators in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records
- Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements
- Support the preparation of client reports and documentation
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an IFA administration role
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and products
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
