Junior PA - Private Wealth TeamExeter | Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking a Junior PA to join our Private Wealth team in Exeter, providing high-quality support to a team of legal professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary & Meeting Management - Maintain and update diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Travel & Billing Support - Arrange travel logistics and assist with complex billing processes.
  • Administrative Assistance - Support fee earners with document production, marketing activities, and general administration.
  • Client Communication - Act as a key point of contact, managing client details in the firm’s CRM system and handling correspondence.
  • Financial Support - Assist with billing, credit control, and other financial processes.
  • Team Collaboration - Provide flexible support to colleagues across the department as needed.
About You:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
