We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly law firm based in the city as a Junior Legal PA, in this role you will take on a hugely varied role that has lots of exposure within the business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This role will support the team on a variety of administration and provide legal support to fee earners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Processing expenses
  • Support with organising small events
  • Billing
  • Opening new matters, AML checks and preparing engagement letters
  • Ensuring the client database is kept up to date

About You:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
