Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for our client, an industry leading provider of professional business development services for B2B, with an enviable track record. Our success is due to a commitment to certain core values. We help our professional services and technology clients to grow their business. We do this through high quality, specialist business development and lead generation. Services include telephone-based lead generation to make appointments for our clients to meet with prospects, prospect data, supply, verification and management, digital marketing, content creation and business development & telemarketing training.

Role Overview

The role is purely telephone based and involves calling on behalf of their clients to generate appointments for them to meet with business owners and senior decision makers. We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a sales/ lead generation role essential.
  • Experience within financial or professional services sector.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong IT capabilities with experience of using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • A professional approach.

Their teams are set up to work from home and are supported by a close collaborative network of colleagues and managers. While this is a work from home role, there is an expectation to work one working day a month in the office when required. It is expected that some of the initial induction training may also take place at the office in Exeter.
