- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage time effectively, plan journeys, and use CRM systems for efficient territory management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
- Ability to travel and, when necessary, stay overnight within the sales territory
