Job Purpose
- Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters.
- Escalate complex queries to a partner and work closely with them to problem solve.
- Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
- Preparation and review of year-end accounts.
- Preparation and review of tax returns.
- Support the firm's business development strategies, including networking and marketing.
- Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager.

- ACCA / ACA qualified or part qualified with UK practice experience
- Adept at using accountancy software
- Technically competent across the Microsoft suite
