Fostering Service Manager - Devon & Cornwall

£50,715 - £60,500 + 5,100 car allowance

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded Fostering Agency in South West. I am looking for a Fostering service manager to join the service in Truro and Exeter.

Responsibilities

The new manager will continue to develop and improve the delivery of therapeutic fostering services and lead the team to the ambition to move from Good to Outstanding Ofsted.You will be working with a team, including two Team Managers, who are driven and ambitious to continually improve their service to children and foster carers, which means you will have good support from an experienced team.
