Job Title:Business Development Executive Location:?Exeter Salary: £24,750 DOE PA plus generous performance related bonuses! Hours:?Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm

The Company:An award-winning global supplier of serviced accommodation working with a portfolio of large international corporate clients.

The Role: As a key member of the Business Development Team, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, acting as a brand ambassador. Your role is crucial in generating leads, building relationships, and setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Key Duties:

  • Research and identify potential customers via calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Be the first point of contact for new enquires, conducting conversations with prospects to understand their needs and introduce our services
  • Assess and qualify leads to align with our target market
  • Work with the Business Development team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer pain points
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, and appointments
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist other sales departments during high enquiry periods

The Candidate:

  • Highly motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service experience and proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a confident approach to technology.
