Contracts Manager
Location:Exeter
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Are youfrom a refurb / housing background? Are you looking for a Contracts Manager role working for a leading insurance repair company? TS Recruitment are actively working with a contractor who specialise in repairing fire and flood damaged domestic properties.
Benefits
- Basic Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Car: Car allowance £400per month
- Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus
- Annual Leave:28 days including bank holidays increasing up to 33 days based on long service
- Pension Contributions: 3% employee contributions
- Hours:8.00am - 4.30pm
- Location: Exeter / Southwest region
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out site surveys on fire, flood, subsidence and water damaged domestic properties.
- Produce the schedule of repairs from the initial visit / survey
- Collate costings and values from, internal systems and portals
- Oversee the repairs / refurb of the above work
- Prepare valuations and invoices on projects
- Appoint and procure subcontractors
- Manage and liaise with direct trades and subcontractors
- Ensure H&S procedures are followed.

Knowledge/Experience
- Experience:Previous experience as a Contracts / Project Mana
- Specialisation:Domestic refurb experience
- Education:CSCS, SMSTS, first aid preferred
- Skills:Excellent IT and numerical skills
- License: Full UK driving license.
