Job Title: Development Manager
Location: Exeter
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Development Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of an apartment block with 120 flats. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the property, maintain high standards of service, and foster a positive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the apartment block, including common areas, facilities, and grounds.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Community Engagement: Organize events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property status, financial performance, and resident feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
