As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to their clients, while also managing general administrative tasks.

Location: Exeter
Salary: 25,000 per year
HOURS: Full time, 08.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE:
You will be joining a team who all support each other and work towards a common goal in a positive, fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of the customer service team, providing a first-class service, and completing general administrational duties.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritise workload to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries swiftly.
- Identify the best solutions for each customer, creating value for both the organisation and clients.
- Communicate effectively through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions.
- Handle customer complaints empathetically, seeking resolutions that satisfy their needs.
- Maintain accurate records and produce necessary documentation and reports.
- Review and update company systems and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and archiving.
- Adhere to company policies, particularly in terms of customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
Your Experience and Skills
- Proven customer service experience, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in waste management or a similar industry would be advantageous.
- Team player with the capability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally with a positive attitude.
