JOB TITLE: Temporary Customer Service Support

LOCATION: Exeter, option for Hybrid working

HOURLY RATE: £11.44 per hour

HOURS: Monday to Friday, minimum 20 hours per week

THE ROLE: Office Angels are currently working with an innovative and dynamic company based in Exeter who are seeking a highly organised and customer service driven administrator to join their team. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role within this growing business, maintaining a professional presence and providing exceptional customer service and administration assistance. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 20 hours a week spread over the week and can be structured around any exisiting commitments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer calls (between 10-20 per day), maintaining a customer focused approach and provide 1st line support (training provided)
  • Efficiently respond to customer enquires via phone and email
  • Ability to follow a provided template to answer basic customer issues
  • Update customer records and maintain database and company system
  • Resolve and record any customer queries in a timely manner
  • Account manage existing customers ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service
  • General administrative tasks

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Customer service experience, this could have been gained in hospitality or retail
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills
  • Willing to learn new systems and undergo training
  • A resilient, can-do attitude where no job is too big or small
  • Works well in a team, and happy communicating with the wider company
  • Takes onboard feedback in order to progress personal development in the role
  • A positive disposition and someone who enjoys a fun dynamic environment
