Commercial Assistant – Exeter
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join one of my clients, a well-known name within house building, to assist a busy commercial department on a permanent basis.
As their Commercial Assistant you will undertake the administration of Customer Care payments, assist in recovering costs, raising orders, assisting the buying team and subcontractors, maintaining documents for payments and PO’s, and much more….
Suitable candidates must possess the following:
- Must be educated to at least GCSE level with strong Mathematical and IT ability
- Experience working in a commercial business environment, house building experience is advantageous.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment where priorities can change daily.
- Use of COINS is desirable
