An exciting opportunity has arisen within the JMC Aviation, the world's leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.

We are looking to recruit a new Recruitment Support Coordinator based in our Exeter office, to provide comprehensive administrative support within the company. The position will work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure a high quality of administration and compliancy is maintained throughout.

The responsibilities of the Recruitment Support Coordinator will involve:

- Loading documentation onto recruitment software
- Undertaking compliancy searches for all candidates, chasing for outstanding | expired documentation
- Processing airside pass applications
- Being responsible for producing, distributing and uploading contractor contracts
- Sourcing and booking travel (including flights) for staff and contractors
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails efficiently and in a polite manner
- Assisting with E-learning administration
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Adhering to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes
- Ensuring company compliance procedures are adhered to

In order to be successful in this role, the Recruitment Support Coordinator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience working within a busy office environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail is essential
- Able to work well within a team whilst also using own initiative
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
