Key Responsibilities
- Support with the management of a diverse portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery
- Plan, execute, and oversee audit assignments, including detailed reviews and reporting
- Review accounts and tax computations prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for advisory services
- Support senior management with the implementation of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and UK accounting and tax regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Previous experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
