Butler Rose is working with a dynamic business in Exeter to recruit a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid working role.
Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a high-profile role where you will take responsibility for the finances for a number of group businesses.
Key duties will include:
- Managing a small team of 2.
- Presenting detailed financial reports to Directors which outline financial position and compliant with accounting standards.
- Financial planning to include income, expenses, taxes and estate planning needs.
- Cash flow management.
- Wealth and investment management.
- Assist with the preparation of audit schedules.
- Business partnering across the business to inform decision making.
- Producing financial statements.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical finance skills. You will be able to work with high level, confidential information in a professional and discreet manner and work closely with a range of stakeholders.
