The Role:

• Manage and support CAD engineers, ensuring they meet targets and KPIs.
• Keep the team on task and maintain productivity.
• Contribute to design projects when needed, blending leadership with hands-on design work.

• Expertise Design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Manager background preferred
• Based in Exeter
