We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to be part of our Exeter team, providing top-notch planned and responsive maintenance.What We Offer:
  • This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. The salary is £33,437 per annum plus on-call allowances/overtime (potentially up to an additional £3K per annum)
  • Location: Exeter
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance in student residences
  • Handle reactive maintenance and PPM
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with sub-contractors
  • Assist with stock management and team development
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical, plumbing, fabric, or other maintenance disciplines
  • Ability to work safely and flexibly, including during peak times
