They are seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Exeter team, offering a permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
The salary for this role is £33,437 per annum, with potential on-call allowances or overtime that could add up to an additional £3,000 per year.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role and possess an NVQ3 or equivalent in relevant maintenance disciplines.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work safely and flexibly during peak times.

We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to be part of our Exeter team, providing top-notch planned and responsive maintenance.What We Offer:

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm. The salary is £33,437 per annum plus on-call allowances/overtime (potentially up to an additional £3K per annum)
Location: Exeter

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance in student residences
Handle reactive maintenance and PPM
Maintain accurate records and liaise with sub-contractors
Assist with stock management and team development

Experience in a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical, plumbing, fabric, or other maintenance disciplines
Ability to work safely and flexibly, including during peak times
