Multiskilled Operative Operative
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on MOD housing projects in Exeter/ Taunton/ Yeovil and Barnstaple areas.
This is a permanent role and offers up to a £34,000 salary + van and fuel card but will start initially on a 13 week temp to permanent contract through us as the agency.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- Going to various MOD properties to carry out responsive maintenance
- All aspects of maintenance work
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting etc
- Travelling in the Exeter/ Taunton/ Yeovil and Barnstaple areas
- On call rota
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Ideally social housing/ MOD experience
