Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, interviews, and candidate communication
- Oversee the onboarding, background check, and exit processes
- Administer and manage employee benefits programmes
- Maintain and update accurate employee records
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
