Retrofit Assessor

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Retrofit Specialist in the Southwest who are carry out assessments on social housing properties as part of a new project.

They currently need a Retrofit Assessor who can carry out around 25 assessments on a short term contract planned to finish by the end of September.

They are looking for someone with experience carry out Retrofit Assessments, with the opportunity for more work in future.

This role will involve undertaking Retrofit Assessment surveys of dwellings,

• Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.
• Any insulation measures, drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.
• Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.

All lodgements will be carried out by the assessor and done through Elmhurst

We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessment.
