Salary: up to 拢30,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join a leading company within the cleaning equipment industry. Job overview:As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on a range of products, assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Your contribution will help maintain the high standards of the company while ensuring that customers receive outstanding experience. Key responsibilities:路 Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending products that meet those needs. 路 Handle customer enquiries, provide solutions, and troubleshoot issues related to products and services. 路 Assist with external customer visits when required and attend sales events or meetings as directed by management. 路 Provide professional, friendly customer service and expert advice about products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. 路 Conduct stock takes and ensure the showroom is well stocked and organised. 路 Participate in product training to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills and Requirements:路 Strong IT skills, with a comfortable knowledge of using sales systems and basic office software. 路 A full UK driving license is preferred but not required. 路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide them with tailored solutions. 路 Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a retail or product-based environment. 路 Self-motivated and proactive.
