About the Role

As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our client's sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between buyers, solicitors, and sales agents. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales and legal records, scheduling key meetings, and assisting with property viewings. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving sales momentum and supporting overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales and legal records using company reporting software.
  • Liaise regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sales agents to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage the electronic transfer of sales documents for signature.
  • Schedule meetings with associates and colleagues to facilitate sales progress.
  • Handle enquiries from potential buyers and assist in coordinating property viewings.
  • Monitor associates' adherence to contracted timeframes for legal processes.
  • Ensure proper electronic filing of sales documents, including reservations, heads of terms, and sale engrossments.
  • Assist in preparing buyer handover packs ahead of property completions.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain associate relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
