Main duties for this Housing Management Coordinator role:
- Being the point of contact for tenancy support matters, booking repairs and planned works, supporting customers with their tenancy inquiries.
- Helping customers with their housing benefit claims, making sure they are received on their rent account.
- When required, issuing and signing warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
- Conducting health and safety compliance checks and making sure our properties meet the maintenance standards.
Experience & requirements for this role:
- Experience managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties
- Knowledgeable with re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal legal action when needed.
- Passionate about supporting customers who need a helping hand to rebuild their lives.
