They specialise in connecting professionals with high-quality corporate accommodation worldwide. This company is on the lookout for a HR Advisor in a 12 month FTC.Role Overview:As an HR Advisor, you will be a key part of the People team, delivering a range of HR services and providing first-line support on employee-related matters. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the company's HR processes align with best practices and legal requirements, while fostering a positive and engaged workforce.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing people-centric, solution-driven advice.Own and manage the full recruitment process, from job adverts to onboarding.Continuously review and improve HR policies and processes to align with best practices and employment law.Collect, interpret, and share HR data and key metrics with business stakeholders.Support employee relations cases, including arranging meetings, taking notes, and ensuring compliance.Advise managers on absence management and facilitate welfare meetings when needed.Coach and support managers in handling performance, well-being, and development conversations.Lead on salary benchmarking exercises and job evaluations.Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.Maintain and update the HR Information System, ensuring accurate data management.Skills and Experience Required:Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruitment processes.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with dealing with ER matters Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
