DK Recruitment are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team you will be working on the forefront of technology enabling businesses to consistency benefit from their IT.

Duties
  • Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer or escalated from the 1st line team
  • Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
  • Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details
Tech stack
  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • Network Support
  • Office 365 & Azure
  • PowerShell
  • Windows Server
Location: Exeter/2 days per week WFH.
