Duties
- Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer or escalated from the 1st line team
- Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
- Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Network Support
- Office 365 & Azure
- PowerShell
- Windows Server
