Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced contract Desktop Support engineer for an initial 3 to 6 month assignment, fully on-site and scoped Inside of IR35.
The role requires recent hands-on experience in a technical support environment and a good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
Candidates should also have a solid understanding of Microsoft O365 applications and networking principles, including VPNs, with awareness of Windows 2019 and knowledge of Linux/Unix.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a personal commitment to quality and customer service.
The salary for this position is competitive, and the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with the ability to start as soon as next week.

Desktop Support

Our client is looking for an experienced contract Desktop Support engioneer for a n initail 3 to 6 month assignment. The role has been scoped Inside of IR35 and will be based in their offices, fully on-site. This is an urgent requirement so ideally you will be able to start next week.

Skills/Experience

Recent hands-on experience within a technical support environment.
Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Active Directory
Good understanding of Microsoft O365 Applications, MS Team, etc.
Good understanding of networking principles, including VPN’s
Windows 2019 (awareness)
Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
Personal commitment to quality and customer service.
