The team collaborates with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to navigate complex planning processes, ensuring projects are forward-thinking, sustainable, and aligned with community needs.

About the Role of a Graduate Town Planner

Provide expert planning advice to clients across various sectors.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and development strategies.
Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to facilitate projects.
Support senior planners and contribute to business development initiatives.

What We are Looking for in the Town Planner

A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).
Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role.
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
