About the Role of a Graduate Town Planner

  • Provide expert planning advice to clients across various sectors.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and development strategies.
  • Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to facilitate projects.
  • Support senior planners and contribute to business development initiatives.

What We are Looking for in the Town Planner

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).
  • Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
