Job Description: As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and budget effectively.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's licence.
