PAY £14.00 per hour
My client pride themselves on creating beautiful, sustainable landscapes that enhance the natural beauty of our surroundings. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our dynamic team and lead our landscaping projects to new heights.
Job Description: As a Landscaping Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and budget effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's licence.
