Your Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied real estate and commercial property caseload, including:
- Sales and acquisitions
- Commercial leases
- Property development, including options, conditional contracts and promotion agreements
- Expanding opportunities in the renewable energy sector
- Advising local and national clients
- Business development, with full support from a dedicated marketing team
What You Need:
- Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
- At least two years PQE in commercial property law
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach
