About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:
- Sales and Purchases of residential properties throughout Devon and beyond
- Re-mortgaging services
- Residential Property Investments and Lettings
- Probate Sales
- New Homes transactions
- Matrimonial Transfers
- Shared Ownership and Joint Ownership
- Help to Buy schemes
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
