Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Legal Executive/Associate to join their outstanding Travel, Tourism, and Insurance team in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual eager to make an impact in the world of personal injury disputes.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Advise and represent clients in travel litigation matters through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Handle a diverse range of Claimant and Defendant personal injury cases, including cross-border matters.
  • Engage in client interactions, managing file opening and compliance procedures.
  • Navigate cases through the litigation process, employing appropriate methods of ADR.
  • Conduct general research and actively participate in team marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Lexcel procedures and client service agreements while contributing to firm-wide training sessions.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Legal Executive or Solicitor status with 0-4 years of post-qualification litigation experience, particularly in personal injury cases.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A strong client focus and commitment to exceptional service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage and progress files independently.
  • A demonstrable passion for business development and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • An impressive academic background and experience managing cases from start to finish.
