Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will handle a broad corporate commercial caseload, including:
- Business sales & acquisitions
- Company law & business structuring
- Business & asset protection
- Strategic business planning
- Drafting & negotiating commercial agreements
- Work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, startups, investors & funders
- Collaborate with an established, well-regarded team to enhance the department’s growth & reputation
- What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate commercial law
- 3+ years PQE (though all levels will be considered)
- No requirement for an existing client following – bring your expertise & ambition
- Ideal for someone feeling stagnated in their current role or looking for faster career progression
