Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will handle a broad corporate commercial caseload, including:

  • Business sales & acquisitions
  • Company law & business structuring
  • Business & asset protection
  • Strategic business planning
  • Drafting & negotiating commercial agreements
  • Work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, startups, investors & funders
  • Collaborate with an established, well-regarded team to enhance the department’s growth & reputation
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate commercial law
  • 3+ years PQE (though all levels will be considered)
  • No requirement for an existing client following – bring your expertise & ambition
