Employment Lawyer Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Provide expert legal advice on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare cases for hearings and tribunals
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various dispute resolution processes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service
  • Stay current with employment law developments and contribute to the firm's continuous improvement
Employment Lawyer Requirements:
  • Be a qualified legal executive or solicitor
  • Possess excellent client care skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage their own caseload effectively

  • Have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
