Employment Lawyer Responsibilities:- Handle a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Provide expert legal advice on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and contractual disputes
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare cases for hearings and tribunals
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various dispute resolution processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service
- Stay current with employment law developments and contribute to the firm's continuous improvement
- Be a qualified legal executive or solicitor
- Possess excellent client care skills
- Demonstrate the ability to manage their own caseload effectively
- Show enthusiasm, ambition, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
