Private Client Solicitor 2-6PQE I'm looking to speak with an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join an established Legal 500 firm in Exeter. If you’re a STEP member or working towards full STEP membership, that would be a definite plus. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment. A legal qualification is essential, (SRA or CILEx) along with a solid background in Private Client or Trust and Estate matters. You should be confident handling Estate Planning and Wills, including Inheritance Tax mitigation and Trusts, Estate Administration, advising on Trusts, Elderly Client Services, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and basic Court of Protection work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and making sure everything is handled efficiently and professionally.
