Opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a niche, independent law firm in Bristol on a Locum basis.
The role:-

Due to a maternity cover vacancy arising, this firm requires a locum to assist their Residential Property team in their central Bristol office.

You would be handling mostly Shared Ownership work, which is a niche area of law that the firm and property team specialises in.

Hours - full time 5 days per week ideally (part time could be considered).
- Start date - early January 2025, for 9 months, possibly longer.

On site office based working required, with possibility of some home working, but full time on site attendance is the preference.
- Remuneration - Market salary or hourly rate, DOE. (Eg. £45 - £65k / £40 - £50ph, but negotiable depending on the candidate.)

The ideal candidate:-

You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or fee earner qualified by experience, and have at least 2 years' experience in the area of Residential Property Law. Some experience handling Shared Ownership work would be helpful, but not essential.
- You will be happy working as part of a team.

You will be confident handling your own caseload, with support available if required.

You will be willing to travel and work on site in central Bristol.
- You will have good IT skills and happy to use the firm's case management system (training will be provided).
